Job summary

Custom Building Products, LLC is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for our Frankfort, IN plant. This 1st shift role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with overtime as needed. You will ship/receive products on time and work with Production and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

We offer competitive benefits and a salary, plus up to a $1.00/hr increase after 90 days. You’ll be part of a team with opportunities for advancement in a high-volume, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and impeccable attendance.
• Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
• Proficient operation of forklift and walkie rider (Driving test will be given at interview)

Responsibilities

• Use forklift or walkie rider to pick, ship and/or receiving products timely
• Receive instructions and schedules from plant supervision
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work environment
• Retrieve or put away material using a sit-down industrial forklift
• Ensure that all finished product meets quality standard
• Ready and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
