Pratt Industries in Springfield, OH is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator for 1st shift. You will safely operate and care for the forklift, deliver stock, and remove finished goods from machines while maintaining clean work areas.

This hourly role offers overtime and weekend opportunities. You will perform inspections, use the inventory system, follow production schedules, and contribute to safety and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift.
• Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move stock and remove finished goods from machines.
• Complete and document forklift inspections at the start of each shift.
• Maintain neat, safe stacks of stock in storage areas.
• Report accurately and timely on required forms and in systems.
• Maintain stock locations using computer-based inventory system.
