A growing manufacturing company in Chatswortht is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a Temp-to-Hire opportunity. Candidates must have experience operating a sit-down forklift and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift 2:30pm – 11:00pm
• 3rd Shift: 8:00pm – 4:30am
• Overtime available on Saturdays

Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, unload, and store raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the manufacturing facility. This role is essential to supporting production operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently
• Load and unload raw materials, finished products, and shipments from trucks and containers

• Store and stack materials in designated locations according to company procedures
