Job summary

Great Hire in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a highly motivated forklift driver to support our fast-growing client in a dynamic warehouse environment. You will perform daily offloading/loading with a sit-down forklift, tag pallets, verify shipments, and maintain accurate inventory lists. OSHA certification is required, and lifting 50+ pounds is expected.

Various shifts available and reliability matters. We value dependability, teamwork, and a clean, orderly workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sit-down and stand-up forklift experience and general warehouse labor.
• Must have OSHA forklift certification.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Daily offloading/loading with a Sit-down Forklift. (Must have OSHA certification!)
• Some RF scanner experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience tagging pallets and verifying shipments.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Capable of multitasking and switching tasks on short notice.
• Can load and unload pallets from containers by hand if needed.
• Put away inbound shipments to stocking locations.
• Familiar with taking inventory and managing physical and computer lists.
• Familiar with palletization and shrink wrapping.
• Dependable and punctual, team player. (Attendance is crucial!)
• Must maintain a clean work environment.
