Position Requirements

• Must be able to read and understand shipping schedules, comprehend both written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the ability to plan loads and read loadsheets.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including early start times or later end times, Saturdays and overtime as required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must follow and support all safety rules.

Physical requirements and work environment

Physical: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, crouch, and kneel, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear for extended periods of time, usually the entire shift. The employee must be able to lift 75 pounds on a consistent basis. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in the plant is high.
