Job summary

Overhead Door Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented employee to verify load accuracy and documentation before shipment. The role requires forklift operation, daily equipment checks, and strong PC and office software skills.

You will maintain stock, prepare materials for replenishment, and follow supervisor guidance while ensuring a clean, compliant workspace. Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned is expected.

Qualifications

• Forklift license is required.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Verify that all required documents are properly filled out and signed before releasing loads for transport.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and hold a forklift license.
• Inspect forklift daily to ensure it is in good working order.
• Maintain adequate stock of supplies and ensure materials are ready for replenishment.
• Have strong PC skills and maintain documentation systems.
• Experience using Excel, Word, MXP, and Outlook.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Must have the ability to drive and maintain a forklift license.
• Responsible for checking forklift each day to ensure it’s in proper working order.
• Maintain proper stock of supplies and have materials ready to be replenished.
• PC experience is a must, with high level of experience in maintaining documents.
• Experience using Excel, Word, MXP, and Outlook.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area.
• Other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor or group leader.
