Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer in the past 3 years in a comparable field.
• Experience in food quality and/or safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately conduct product reviews for compliance to include grading, packaging and weights.
• Monitor and enforce company Quality and Food Safety Policies.
• Perform product reviews on various products with Operations Group.
• Familiar with GMPs and Sanitation SOPs and implement Corrective Actions if deviations observed.
• Evaluate potential for foreign material contamination while in assigned work areas.
