Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking an Extruder 2 Associate to support the extrusion department by operating equipment, handling materials, and ensuring product quality.

You will work closely with the extrusion team to maintain safe, efficient production in alignment with quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, loading materials, monitoring processes, performing quality checks, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Hours: 6:00AM-2:00PM(must report 15 minutes prior and remain 15 after shift for changeover)

Pay rate:$19.08

Position Summary

The Extruder 2 Associate supports the extrusion department by assisting with machine operation, material handling, product quality, and production activities. This position works closely with the Extruder Team to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of extrusion equipment and production machinery.
• Load and move raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Monitor the extrusion process and watch for quality or production issues.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments as directed.
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist with troubleshooting and report equipment or product issues to the appropriate team member.
• Perform routine production tasks to keep the extrusion line running efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to meet production, quality, and waste-reduction goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
