Job summary

Armada Staffing Group in Columbus, OH is seeking a dependable Unloading Dock Associate to join our warehouse team. You will unload trucks, sort products, and move materials to designated areas while maintaining safety and organization. This full-time, Monday–Friday position pays $16 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Unload boxes, pallets, and merchandise from trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
• Manually lift, carry, and move materials according to safety guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and stage products in designated areas.
• Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Assist with counting and verifying items against shipping documents when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Work efficiently with team members to meet daily unloading goals.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and motivated Unloading Dock Position to join our team in Columbus, Oh. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Unloading Dock Associates to assist with unloading trucks, containers, and trailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely removing merchandise from incoming shipments, sorting products, and moving materials to designated warehouse areas while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Pay Rate: $16 /H

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday / 6:00AM - 2:30PM

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Previous warehouse or unloading experience is preferred but not required.
