Job summary

Ricoh Electronics, Inc. seeks a 1st shift Electromechanical Maintenance Technician to support Thermal Mixing production at our Lawrenceville, Georgia facility.

This role maintains chemical batch-making equipment, piping systems, pumps, agitators, and mills, using hands-on skills and judgment to troubleshoot and keep production running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience, including PLC and relay systems, and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 to 5 related experience.
• At least 3 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience (e.g. PLC and relay systems).
• Experience in troubleshooting basic electrical circuit systems.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Model safety-first behaviors and ensure procedures and equipment promote a safe work environment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on electromechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process (pumps, agitators, mills, etc.).
• Dismantle, repair, rebuild equipment and read drawings or manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain logs of malfunctions.
• Assist engineers with equipment modifications and train new employees.
