Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in maintaining electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Model safety-first behavior and ensure procedures and equipment promote a safe work environment.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on pumps, agitators, mills, and batch-making equipment; perform tests and fault isolation.
Dismantle, adjust, repair, assemble, or rebuild equipment per layouts and manuals; perform routine maintenance.
Follow preventive maintenance schedules and maintain logs/records of malfunctions.
Perform equipment modifications including installing conduits, wires, sensors, and controls per specs.
Assist in training new employees and answer questions on work standards.
