Job summary

Pete & Gerry’s Organics is hiring a Loader Operator to stage and load eggs for daily production. You will initiate lots and ensure accurate run times on the load sheet while supporting animal welfare and food safety standards.

The role requires manual lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and operating pallet jacks in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required or preferred.
• Experience in a production environment is preferred.
• Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Jack certification and lift 50 lb repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Staging and hand-loading egg flats onto the processing line.
• Set-up machinery and equipment for daily production run.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and lifts to move egg pallets.
• Hand load egg flats onto processing line.
• Frequent lifting and handling of materials up to 50 lbs.
