Job summary

Pete & Gerry's Organics is seeking a Loader Operator to stage and load eggs for daily production according to the blending plan. You will initiate lot swaps for accurate farm counts and record run times on the load sheet.

In this role, you will help deliver high-quality products while upholding animal welfare, food safety, and responsible farming practices. You will work with a team to ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Jack certification.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Frequent lifting up to 35-50 pounds.
• Extended periods of standing and walking.
• Frequent reaching, grasping, bending and stooping.
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Staging and hand-loading egg flats onto the processing line.
• Set-up machinery and equipment for daily production run.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and lifts to move egg pallets.
• Hand load egg flats onto processing line.
• Repeatedly lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
