Starting pay is $16.00 per hour plus a $300 biweekly perfect-attendance bonus; a $1,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible new hires, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome, but it is not required.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or machine-operation experience is helpful. We provide training for individuals who are ready to learn.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and tracking quantities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn to use production tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble door components according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect materials and finished products for correct dimensions, color, finish, and overall quality.
• Monitor production processes and promptly report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns.
• Prepare products for painting, packaging, storage, or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet established safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors, team leads, and fellow employees.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
