Job summary

Wayne Farms in Georgia is seeking a production associate responsible for pulling boxes from the conveyor, loading them onto the CVP Machine and monitoring the crayovac packaging process. The role requires strict adherence to PPE, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and all company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to work unsupervised and self-motivate.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended shift hours.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and moral character.

Responsibilities

• Pulls boxes off of the conveyor/belt and places them on the CVP Machine.
• Operates CVP Machine to crayovac the bags.
• Must be able to operate the CVP Machine.
• Must be able to push up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to recognize proper CO2 levels.
• Must be able to determine if the bag has the correct seal.
• Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors, coworkers
• Do all tasks assigned by members of management
• Must be able to follow directions and work in other departments as needed.
