Job summary

Swiss Premium Dairy is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, move, and distribute items in a refrigerated environment. You will load and unload trucks, maintain accurate inventory records, and prepare customer orders for shipping while ensuring product quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years in warehouse operations, basic math and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a team under GMP and safety guidelines in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, distribution, production, or related experience.
• Forklift certification and/or license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stacks and move items as assigned.
• Sort and store perishable goods in refrigerated area.
• Maintain organization and rotation of stock in coolers and warehouse.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials and distribute to production workers.
• Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for shipping and loading onto trucks/trailers.
• Check shipping documents and product quality prior to loading or shipping.
• Use computer to scan or enter/maintain inventories and records.
• Complete daily pick sheets and inventory counts.
• Assist with monthly and year-end inventory counts as required.
