Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training on CNC machining and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished parts.
• Perform basic machine support tasks and monitor production operations.
• Learn to use measurement tools and perform simple quality inspections.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles.
• Report safety, quality, or equipment concerns promptly.
• Support production and team goals as assigned.
