Qualifications

• 1–3 years CNC experience with Haas, Fanuc, or similar controls.
• Basic machining knowledge and shop safety awareness.
• Ability to run manual machines for simple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, or mill-turn machines with preset tooling and fixtures.
• Load and verify CNC programs; adjust offsets as needed.
• Perform basic tooling setup and part loading.
• Read and interpret drawings and GD&T.
• Conduct standard in-process measurements with calipers and micrometers.
• Monitor tool wear and report issues.
• Maintain production and quality documentation.
• Keep workstation clean, safe, and organized.
