Join our team as a CNC Operator and help polish and finish stone surfaces to meet the highest quality standards. This is a 1st shift role: Monday - Thursday.

What You’ll Do
- Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces
- Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation
- Perform standard machine shop operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Ensure every part meets required quality specifications
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Physical & Work Environment
- Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8–12 hour shifts
- Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
- Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
- Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
- Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
