Majestic Surfaces is hiring a CNC Operator in Youngsville, NC, offering hands-on training and a path to growth within a stable stone industry. The role emphasizes operating CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces, loading programs, and maintaining quality and safety standards on site.

The position is full-time with Friday–Sunday shifts, 5:00am–5:00pm, and includes paid training, potential overtime, and a comprehensive benefits mindset focused on team success and career

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of machining experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-starter with a positive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions consistently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines to polish and finish stone surfaces.
• Load, run, and navigate program databases for accurate operation.
• Perform standard machine shop operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assure the quality of each part meets required specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Join our Youngsville, NC team as a CNC Operator and play a key role in polishing and finishing stone surfaces to meet our high-quality standards.

This is a Friday–Sunday shift, 5:00am–5:00pm. During the initial 30-day training phase, weekday hours may be required.

What You’ll Do

Physical & Work Environment

• Standing, lifting, and moving throughout 8–12 hour shifts
• Lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally)
• Operate overhead crane and other shop equipment safely
• Use measuring tools and maintain quality standards
• Work in a fast-paced machine shop environment
