Job summary

Frontida Careers seeks a 1st Shift Caregiver in Wisconsin to assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health, and support their daily routines. You will perform housekeeping, dining, and life enrichment tasks while upholding Frontida’s culture and values.

You will help with transfers, personal care, and medication monitoring, documenting incidents and observations in the electronic record as part of a compassionate, 24-hour awake care team.

Qualifications

• Must complete the probationary period successfully.
• Must be able to be flexible and work alone if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily living activities, monitoring, and supervision of the residents.
• Perform housekeeping, life enrichment, and dining tasks as required.
• Represent Frontida well and promote its culture.
• Assist residents in activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, eating, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility, including laundry and dish duties.
• Assist with transfers for semi-ambulatory residents and provide personal care as needed.
• Cook meals and provide snacks according to the menu plan.
• Document accidents, incidents, and resident observations in the electronic record.
• Provide 24-hour awake care and follow DHS 83 guidelines.
