Cranberry Park Senior Living Facility in West Bloomfield is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate care and support to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, medication administration, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to residents with daily living activities (transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, walking).
• Ensure environment cleanliness and light housekeeping as needed.
• Comply with safety and health standards, including infection control.
• Monitor changes in residents' conditions and report to supervisor.
• Follow schedule and assist with repositioning.
• Document medications accurately.
• Use good judgment in client care and safety.
• Assist other team members as necessary.
• Respond to call lights and assess resident needs promptly.
• Obtain meal trays and assist with eating.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

As a Caregiver you will be in charge of

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, toileting, and walking
• Ensuring the cleanliness of the environment which may involve light housekeeping duties
• Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures
• Monitoring for changes in residents' conditions and promptly communicate any changes to the supervisor
• Following schedule, assisting residents with repositioning
• Adhering to procedures regarding documenting of medications accurately
• Utilize good judgment in providing client care and ensuring their safety
• Assisting other team members with their duties as necessary
• Responding to call lights and assess residents' needs promptly
• Obtain meal trays and assist with eating
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
