Job summary

Sauder Woodworking Co. in Archbold, Ohio, is seeking a Cabinet Assembler for 1st shift in our Building Products division. No experience is required; training will be provided.

You will assemble cabinets, operate staple guns, glue machines, routers, and other tooling while ensuring quality and organization. The position offers a starting pay of $17 per hour with performance-based increases up to $1.75 in the first year. Shift hours are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assembles all cabinets in the product line with speed and accuracy while maintaining quality standards.
• Operates equipment including air-powered staple guns, hot melt glue machines, routers, and screw guns.
• Maintains accuracy of materials.
• Performs quality inspections and minor repairs as directed.
• Documents project and delivery records, labels accurately.
• Performs computer interactions and maintains records and documentation.
• Maintains area according to 5S policy.

Pay & Shift Information

• 1st shift assembly starts at $17/hour
• Eligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance—up to $1.75 increase in first year
• 1st Shift Hours: 6 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assembles all cabinets in product line with both speed and accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
