Job summary

Parallel Employment Group, in partnership with a Elkhorn, WI manufacturing client, is seeking qualified Production Workers for 1st shift 6 am to 2 pm, Monday-Friday. Long-Term Temp to Hire Opportunities, Wage: $20 per hour.

Responsibilities include operating production equipment, assembling heavy steel components, inspecting parts, following work instructions, and maintaining a safe, organized work area while meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools.
• Ability to read basic work instructions.
• Good attendance and reliability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work.
• Ability to lift/handle materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assemble and process heavy-equipment components.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Inspect parts for quality and report defects.
• Use basic measuring tools and production equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a manufacturing team and meet production goals.
• Safely handle heavy materials, potentially using lifting equipment.
