Job summary

DreamPak LLC in New Berlin, WI, is hiring a 1st Shift Batching Operator to support our liquid food and beverage production. The role runs 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM and offers a competitive hourly wage with a full benefits package, 401(k), PTO, and holiday pay.

You will operate processing equipment, blend batches, record lots, perform QC checks, and follow safety and cGMP guidelines. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of mixing/blending experience, and the ability to

Qualifications

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of mixing and blending experience in a food/beverage/pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Operate processing equipment for blending and mixing into finished product.
Record batching information, lot code, and total production quantities.
Perform QC tests to ensure product meets specifications and safety standards.
Read and follow manufacturing formulas; select items from inventory and record lot numbers.
Maintain equipment and work areas; comply with OSHA, cGMP, and safety requirements.
