Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring Production Associates for the Batch Mixing department in Ripon, Wisconsin. Immediate openings exist across all shifts with hourly pay between $19 and $21.

Shifts include 1st: 7 am–3 pm, 2nd: 3 pm–11 pm, and 3rd: 11 pm–7 am; attendance and safety adherence are required. Responsibilities include mixing ingredients in large batches, reporting machine problems, and maintaining GMP standards, food safety, and a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients in large batches.
• Report machine problems to Supervisors.
• Conduct training as needed.
• Perform shift hand-off.
• Follow GMP and safety policies (GMPs).
• Maintain product quality and food safety.
• Report food safety and quality issues to management.
• Ensure safety and security of the facility; report issues to management.
• Attend all required training.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients in big batches
• Report machine problems to Supervisors
• Conduct training as needed
• Conduct a successful shift hand-off
• Follow all company policies including but not limited to safety practices and good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
• Maintain product quality and food safety at all times
• Report all food safety and quality issues to management in a timely manner
• To ensure safety and security of the facility report all issues to management in a timely manner
• Attend all required training
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
