Job summary

Legacy Bakehouse in Wisconsin is hiring a Production Shift Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee daily bakery operations at our Cudahy and nearby Waukesha facilities. This hands-on leadership role guides teams, keeps production running smoothly, and ensures our products meet quality and safety standards.

You will supervise frontline staff on shift, promote a safe, clean environment, train and motivate team members, and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a people-first approach.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Willingness to work various shifts as needed.

Responsibilities
