Responsibilities include operating various machines, ensuring safety, and participating in daily Tailgate meetings and project teams to drive continuous improvement and skill growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand a production schedule.
• Demonstrated ability to lead others and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate multiple machines.
