Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Sewing / Machine Technician (TMO) for 1st shift to operate a variety of automated machinery used to fabricate, assemble and move products. You will ensure parts meet quality standards and deliveries remain on schedule.

The role requires reading dimensional drawings, setting up and diagnosing equipment, and contributing to standard work and safety guidelines. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing machinery experience.
• Experience reading dimensional drawings and specs.
• Experience using information system databases.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex equipment to fabricate, manufacture, assemble or move products per specs.
• Setup, load, diagnose, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Develop and follow Standard Work Instructions for processes.
• Perform SPC/Quality checks with measuring tools.
• Maintain 5S and a safe, clean work environment.
