Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Backguards Utility-1st Shift Support to assist the Assembly department. The role focuses on producing high-quality products on time and supporting changeovers.

You will train associates, address quality issues, and help maintain a safe, efficient workplace aligned with Electrolux standards. The shift begins at 4:00am and ends around 1:30pm depending on production schedules.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly and concisely in English verbally and in writing.
• Able to read and write English.
• Able to work with insulation.
• Able to use air tools, hand tools necessary to perform position.
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively.
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide support throughout the Assembly department to produce high-quality products on time.
• Assist supervisor in training associates and following up on quality issues.
• Back fill for absenteeism and assist with changeovers.
• Maintain safety, cost, quality and delivery in line with Electrolux standards.
