Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an Assembly Specialist in Stilwell, OK for the 1st shift (6:00 am to 4:30 pm). You will assemble and fabricate Elements products per specifications and support safety and quality standards.

Read work instructions, take precise measurements, complete documentation, and keep a clean, safe work area while following the 5S system and directions from leads and supervisors. Training is available for production basics.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to read a standard tape measure and solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate Elements products per specifications.
• Perform quality checks in accordance with quality standards & procedures.
• Complete necessary documentation/paperwork.
• Follow directions and perform tasks as assigned by Lead and Supervisors.
• Achieve production rates and work at a speed commensurate to that of machine operators.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Acquire a working knowledge of Facet’s product line.
• Follow the 5S system.
