Job summary

Duo-Safety Ladder Corporation is seeking a mechanically inclined individual for a first shift on the production floor. Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday with no weekends.

Compensation starts at $17.00/hour with scheduled increases over 60 days and six months, plus annual performance-based increases. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, vacation and sick time, and a birthday leave.

Qualifications

• Requires HS/GED and ability to read and follow standardized work instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure and troubleshoot problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and/or machines on a production floor.
