Job summary

Integer in Town of Alden, NY is seeking an entry-level assembler/inspector to complete training and develop the skills needed to perform assembly and inspection operations per MPI and QWI instructions.

The role emphasizes following written procedures, quality control, and cross-training across processes to support production goals, with opportunities to expand capabilities and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 0-1 years light assembly experience or in a regulated industry ideal, medical device experience preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.
• Special Skills: Ability to read blueprints a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI instructions.
• Assembles components per print and operates manual/automatic equipment.
• Inspects parts and assemblies for conformance to specifications; identifies quality non-conformances.
• Completes Device History Records and other manufacturing documentation per GDP.
• Participates in team activities focusing on process and product improvement and customer satisfaction.
