Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation in the Town of Alden, NY, is seeking a capable assembly/inspection operator to develop skills in a regulated manufacturing environment. The role involves reading blueprints, following MPI/QWI procedures, and performing both manual and automated machine operations to meet quality standards.

You will work on production lines, participate in process improvements, and ensure proper documentation and safe work practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instruction.

Responsibilities

Adheres to Integer Core Beliefs, Behavioral Based Safety process and Quality Policy.
Sets up equipment for assembly/inspection per MPI and QWI.
Understands own tasks and how they relate to others in the team; follows Standard Work where applicable.
Understands overall production flow within the department.
Assembles components per print using manual and automatic machine operation.
Inspects parts/assemblies for conformance and escalates defects.
Completes Device History Records and GDP documentation.
May package assemblies for shipping.
Participates in team activities for process/product improvement and customer satisfaction.
Maintains a safe and clean working environment; participates in flex break programs.
Expands skill base through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.
