Job summary

Aerotek is seeking dependable Assemblers for 1st shift in Oconomowoc, WI. Build wheel chair ramps, stair lifts, and 8-foot rail sections using blueprints.

You will use hand and power tools and follow precise assembly instructions to deliver safe, reliable products that improve mobility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong tape measure and measurement skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude and understanding of component assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Assembler - 1st Shift

Starting Pay: $20.00-22.00/Hour

We are seeking dependable Assemblers who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you will be responsible for building wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, and 8-foot rail sections using blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. You'll utilize both hand and power tools to produce safe, reliable products that make a difference in people's lives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oconomowoc, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
