Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Assembly Workers in Ridgeway, VA. 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm, with paid lunch breaks and a climate-controlled environment. Training will be provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include assembling, taping boxes, packing bottles and gel syringes, and building displays. Must be physically able to lift, bend, stand, and walk throughout shifts; steel-toe shoes are required.

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

• Ability to lift and move objects safely; physical stamina required.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
• On-the-job training available to support success in the role.

Job Description:

CoWorx Staffing Services has immediate openings for Assembly Workers in Ridgeway, VA! These are 1st Shift positions offering paid lunch breaks and flexible schedule in a climate-controlled environment.

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm $14.50

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and tape boxes in accordance with packaging requirements and production schedules.
• Pack bottles and gel syringes accurately while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Place bottles onto the production line to support continuous manufacturing operations.
• Perform rework activities, including unpacking bottles from existing packaging and repacking them into new boxes as required.
• Build product displays according to company specifications and work instructions.
• Place caps on bottles and verify proper fit and product presentation.
• Stack finished goods onto pallets safely and efficiently for storage or shipment.
• Work effectively in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures may fluctuate based on outdoor weather conditions.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No previous experience required; training will be provided.
• On-the-job training available to support success in the role.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull as required to perform job duties.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
