Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services LLC in Rochester, NH is seeking an Assembly Operator II to join our medical manufacturing team. This role performs assembly in a controlled clean room, following written procedures and quality records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years electro-mechanical assembly, experience in manufacturing or medical devices, and ability to stand for the shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM while wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or clean room preferred.
• Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, or similar assembly processes is highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for the shift and wear PPE in a clean room.

Responsibilities

• Set up, change over, and clear production lines.
• Complete production documentation and quality records.
• Perform visual and microscope inspections.
• Monitor product quality and notify leadership of issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist in training Assembly Operator I employees.
• Support production needs and additional duties as assigned.
• Assemble medical products following written procedures and work instructions.

Location: Rochester, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a growing medical manufacturing team in the Rochester, NH area! This position works in a clean room environment assembling high-quality medical products while following strict quality and safety standards. All assembly work is performed in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room. Employees are required to wear company-provided hair nets, gowns, safety glasses, shoe coverings, and gloves while working in the clean room. Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Set up, change over, and clear production lines
• Complete production documentation and quality records
• Perform visual and microscope inspections
• Monitor product quality and notify leadership of any issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist in training Assembly Operator I employees

Desired Background/Skills:

• 1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or clean room environment preferred
• Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, inspection, or similar assembly processes strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks
• Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required PPE
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and accuracy
