Production Assembler (1st Shift) Location: Saline, MI Company: DAVCO (Represented by Randstad Staffing) Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

About the Role

Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We are looking for a detail-oriented, safety-conscious individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of our assembly team, you will handle everything from sub-assemblies to finished goods across our specialized stations (Wash, Shop Pro, and Kits & Parts).

Core Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Perform assembly tasks using manual and power tools (torque guns, screw guns, and gauges) while following strict station work instructions.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of all materials and finished components to ensure 100% conformance to assembly requirements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor component levels for current builds to ensure material counts align with production demands.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all housekeeping regulations.
• Packaging: Assemble custom boxes, totes, or crates to prepare finished products for safe transport.
• Team Communication: Collaborate closely with Team Leads and fellow assemblers; promptly report any material defects or equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Certification.
• Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus, but not requiredwe are willing to train the right candidate!
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer tasks and comfort using industrial assembly tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a self-motivated team player.

Dress Code

• Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips.
• Pants without any holes or rips.
• No profane or suggestive texts and images.
• Must have steel toe shoes/boots on your first day of work.
