Quanex is seeking a 1st Shift Assembler to join our team in Rice Lake, WI. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with overtime potential and a pathway to growth within a broad benefits package.

The position focuses on machine operation, setup, manual window screen fabrication and quality checks, with adherence to safety guidelines. Candidates with at least 6 months of production or assembly experience and a strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Machine operation and setup.
• Manual window screen fabrication and cloth installation.
• Palletizing finished goods.
• Quality checks.
• Follow all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; notify supervisor/team lead of any safety issues.
• Be on time for scheduled hours.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
