Alliance Industrial Solutions in North Canton, OH is hiring Assemblers / Warehouse Associates for a full-time 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM). The position offers $15.00 per hour with weekly pay and requires reliable transportation.

You will assemble parts, read a tape measure, and use hand and power tools, while picking, packing, and staging orders. The role involves shipping support, material movement, and a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Experience in assembly, warehouse, production, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and finished products using work instructions.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
• Assist with shipping, warehouse, and production support tasks.
• Move materials throughout the work area.
• Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all warehouse and manufacturing safety procedures.
