Qualifications

• Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• NYS Level 1 Teacher Assistant Certification is required.
• Experience supporting classroom instruction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers by preparing major subject area lesson plans.
• Provide guided reading instruction and monitor progress.
• Assist with attendance, record-keeping, and communications.
• Support Tier 3 scholars in Math and Reading using data from i-Ready.
