• Hires, trains, schedules and supervises staff in the pro shop and merchandise concession.
• Directs daily operations of the pro shop and merchandise concession.
• Assists Head Golf Professional with payroll processing and financial records.
• Manages cash flow, deposits and sales reconciliation.
• Plans and conducts golf lessons and clinics for members and guests.
• Plans, organizes and runs golf tournaments and events.
• Ensures pace of play and professional golf environment.
• Attends staff meetings and supports club programs.
