Job summary

Care With Heart (Not a Stopwatch) is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients. You will deliver hands-on care, support daily activities, and help families maintain a comfortable, safe environment without the rush of a crowded facility.

Hospitals and clinics rely on your reliability to accompany patients to appointments, administer simple medications, and monitor wellbeing. Flexible shifts and weekly pay accompany a rewarding team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within service area and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks.
• Accompany patients to doctors or hospitals.
• Administer simple prescribed medications.
• Assist with personal care activities.
• Monitor vital signs and report patient condition.
• Maintain care records and document services.
• Assist with mobility and basic therapies/exercises.
• Educate patients and families on diet and exercise.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
