AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in Howell, MI. You will work with one client at a time, delivering hands-on support, accompanying to appointments, and helping with daily living activities in a calm, respectful setting.We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits for eligible staff. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the service area and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients' residences.
• Perform domestic and household tasks as needed.
• Accompany patients to doctors' appointments or hospital visits.
• Administer simple prescribed medications as directed.
• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing and grooming.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate care records and document services provided.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in patients residences
• Perform domestic and household tasks
• Accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records and document provided services
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
