Job summary

AdvisaCare in Muskegon is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) or CNAs to provide one-on-one care for clients with spinal cord injuries. Training is provided and shifts run 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM.

Flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and benefits for qualifying staff are offered. Candidates should have a high school diploma/GED, a valid driver's license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Work well in a team and independently.
• CPR Certified.
• Training provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care for a client with a spinal cord injury.
• Follow the approved care plan and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintain a compassionate, safe, and hygienic home environment.
