Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for a client in the Fremont area. You will perform hands-on personal care, assist with daily living activities, prompt for ADLs, and transport to appointments while building meaningful relationships.

POSITION DETAILS

• Private-duty, in-home care
• Client with a traumatic brain injury
• Assistance and prompting with all ADLs
• Client can walk but requires standby assistance at all times
• Transportation to appointments, errands & outings

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 7 PM
• 3rd Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
