Job summary

QPS Employment Group is recruiting for a Machine Operator on the 1st shift in St. Peters, MO. Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a potential to hire.

You will operate molding and secondary operations machines, sort and box products, trim excess material, assemble packaging for the next shift, and keep the work area clean by following SOPs.

Qualifications

• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time.
• Able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers for handling parts.
• Visual ability to trim and inspect parts.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines or secondary operations machines.
• Sort, separate, and box product while maintaining cycle times.
• Remove finished parts from collection bins by lifting and dumping at table height.
• Use approved knives to trim excess material from parts.
• Assemble packaging boxes for next shift.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and follow SOPs while handling products.
