Cordillera Ranch is seeking a friendly and professional bartender for the Men’s Grill—the 19th Hole. This daytime and early evening role focuses on hospitality, conversation, and consistent beverage service in a private club setting.

You will build relationships with regular members, remember preferences, and contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere after golf, with occasional consideration for tournaments and events.

• Experience serving at a private club is helpful but not required.

Men’s Grill – Cordillera Ranch

A member walks in after his round.

He sits in the same chair he always does.

You already know his drink.

The TV has golf on. Someone’s talking about a hunting trip. A few guys are replaying the round and giving each other a hard time.

That’s the Men’s Grill at Cordillera Ranch.

We’re looking for the right person to run the 19th hole — someone who enjoys conversation, takes pride in hospitality, and understands that the best bartenders build relationships, not just drinks.

This is a daytime and early evening role, not a late-night bar environment. Our members come here to relax after golf, watch the game, and spend time with friends.

If you enjoy taking care of people, remembering the details, and becoming part of a club community, this may be the best bartending role in the Hill Country.
