What You'll Do:

As a Nurse,you'll become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.

• Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP).
• Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
• Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
• Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.
