BAMSI in Holliston, MA, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our community-based care teams. The role supports adults with complex medical needs in group homes, delivering hands-on clinical oversight and coordinated care for residents.

The position offers a 40-hour schedule (Mon-Fri, 8a-4p) with a competitive hourly wage of $32–$35, and opportunities for professional development within a nonprofit, stigma-free environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in MA.
• Driver’s license and reliable car.
• Experience: Supporting mental health needs.
• Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Medical & Medication Oversight - Manage medical care and medications for persons served, including training staff on safe medication practices in compliance with DPH Medication Administration Program (MAP).
• Crisis Intervention - Respond to emergencies and de-escalate crises with persons served.
• Staff Training - Train staff on health/safety rules and document incidents as required.
• Compliance - Keep programs up to date with medical and medication laws, including paperwork and inspections.

What You’ll Do:

As aNurse,you’ll become an essential part of our community-based group homes for adults with complex medical needs, developmental disabilities, acquired brain injury and/or mental illness. Our homes house 3-8 individuals each providing an opportunity to build relationships with those that you care for and their families.
